MEDIA TECHNOLOGIST/designer

Summary of Position:
Actors Theatre of Louisville seeks Media Technologist and designer to head Video Department. Media Technologist is responsible for all aspects of theatre video/multimedia production, including all production and administrative season programming needs requiring Video/Multimedia support. MT works as a resident designer and with guest designers to realize multi-media design concepts, while designing and programming playback systems. MT also works in association with Communications Department to capture and edit video of productions, events and other theatre-related activities. Successful candidate has proven experience w/video production, design and programming for live theatrical use, promotional broadcasts and website features. Full-time position w/benefits. Salary competitive. 

Compensation:
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and competitive with similar positions throughout the country.. The range of benefits includes medical and dental insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, paid time off, a 403 (b) retirement plan.
